Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened seed packets
  • Used gardening products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
